Ajay Devgn’s Raid 2 has already become one of the most successful movies of the year and has also gathered huge hype on social media.
This naturally interests people in watching the first part of the movie as well. ‘Raid’ is streaming on Jio Hotstar now and Raid 2’s massive success has accumulated a good number of views on the platform.

But allegedly, the sound of the movie is not good enough on the platform. While almost all the recent movies on OTT have Dolby sound, Raid is being shown with 1080p sdr sound.
Casually checked out that #Raid movie (first part is available on Hotstar) however, it’s such a bad experience to see a movie in 1080p SDR in stereo sound. @JioHotstar I am not sure what you’re doing but movies in stereo sound is not done at all.

A very good quality in both audio and visual is necessary for a movie like this which has a potential of suddenly resurfacing in public memory and working out good on OTT.
In a time like this HDR audio is at least necessary for a smooth viewing experience. Jio Hotstar should try to take care of these problems so that users do not have to go through this anymore.

The audio should be upgraded to Dolby sound as soon as possible so that the chances of the recent movies do not get dimmed because of it.
