Laughter Chefs returned with a new season on JioHotstar, but you can see how fans are disappointed with the lineup. Many say the show feels loud and messy, and the new faces have only added to their irritation.
The season brings back Elvish Yadav, Krushna Abhishek, Kashmera Shah, Aly Goni, Abhishek Kumar and others. Even then, users say the comedy feels forced. They find it hard to connect with the humour the show aims to deliver.
New entries like Vivian Dsena, Eisha Singh, Isha Malviya, Tejasswi Prakash, Gurmeet Choudhary and Debina Bonnerjee have made viewers even more unhappy. Many say the additions do not blend well and affect the overall flow of the show.
The format remains simple. You watch pairs prepare difficult dishes while the kitchen turns chaotic. The humour is meant to come from the confusion, reactions and teamwork, but viewers say the formula feels stale this time.
A section of users is also calling out Isha Malviya. They say her presence makes the show underwhelming. One user even said she is annoying and asked the makers to replace her, claiming she is not as entertaining as she believes.
Others feel the season had strong potential but suffers from unnecessary changes. They argue that earlier seasons were more fun, and the latest one feels too loud, too irritating and poorly balanced.
