Doctors first assumed it was a dental issue, but later confirmed it was a nerve disorder. Salman said the pain began during the shoot of Partner. He relied on heavy doses of painkillers daily, yet found little relief.

He eventually underwent a procedure that was expected to reduce pain by 20-30%. By what he described as God’s grace, his pain disappeared completely. Salman also highlighted that trigeminal neuralgia patients face one of the highest suicide rates because of the severity of pain.

By sharing his story, Salman hopes to spread awareness, stressing that the disease is treatable. His openness reflects immense courage in speaking about such a painful personal battle.
