
SonyLIV’s ‘Shark Tank India’ has gathered huge popularity in a very short period of time. And its success owes much to the unavailability of other such entrepreneurship reality shows on OTT.

But a fair chunk of its audiences have complained that the show is an utter waste of time and it is showcasing average unnecessary products in the name of innovation.
They said that Shark Tank India has a very poor script and the judge panel does not have enough expertise to criticise the participants as well. According to them, Indian audiences are naïve and so more pliable to brainwash through these sorts of shows.

Products like the ‘15 second saree’, ‘Sippline’ or ‘Nabhi Shaper’ are criticised as being useless. Meanwhile there are some audiences who have found the ‘15 second saree’ extremely convenient and praised the efforts of the pitcher.
It must not be ignored that the pitches of ‘Sippline’ or ‘Nabhi Shaper’ were Negatively criticised and even made fun of by the judges. And it will not be fair to say that they are promoting mindless and unnecessary stuff.

There will indeed be many disagreements with opinions for a popular show like this. And in spite of its criticism as a time-waste show, Shark Tank India will be continuing to gather some crowd in the near future.
