Rupali Ganguly has been in the news for the past few weeks and it’s not for any good reason. Recently her stepdaughter made severe allegations against her unsolicited behaviour towards her which brought public shaming for Rupali.
The actress well known for her iconic portrayal of Anupama in the TV serial has won the heart of Indian fans with her innocent character. But as per her stepdaughter Esha Verma’s allegations she doesn’t seem to be so innocent in real life.
She has alleged that Rupali used to treat her mother badly and bullied Esha for her mental health issues. She also expressed great sadness over the fact that her own father didn’t take a stand for her.
Now Rupali Ganguly has taken serious legal actions against this allegation by filing a 50 crore defamation case against her stepdaughter. This has again invited the trolls who are saying that this proves her guilt and mothers are supposed to behave so greedily.
Rupali also joined BJP recently and surprised everyone with her political strides. While fans await the further proceedings, the public scrutiny seems very harmful both for her acting and political career.
