Aamir Khan and Salman Khan’s on screen chemistry in Andaz Apna Apna (1994) was legendary but behind the scenes it was a different story.
The two superstars reportedly clashed throughout the shoot and barely spoke to each other.
Now with Andaz Apna Apna 2 talks gaining momentum fans are wondering have they really moved on or are we in for another cold war?
Back in 1994 Aamir and Salman were not friends. Aamir thought Salman was getting better dialogues while Salman believed Aamir was being favored by director Rajkumar Santoshi.
Their egos clashed and they didn’t even like seeing each other’s faces. Yet despite all this their comedic timing was spot on and the film became a cult classic.
Over the years the rivalry seemed to have faded. Aamir later admitted he didn’t enjoy working with Salman at the time but has since grown to appreciate him.
In January 2025 they reunited on Bigg Boss 18 where Aamir teased Andaz Apna Apna 2 and Salman responded positively.
To add to the excitement the original film is set to re release in April 2025 could this be a hint at something bigger?
Both Salman and Aamir are perfectionists with strong opinions. If they collaborate again will they be able to work without creative conflicts?
Unlike the ‘90s where their fights stayed private social media today will amplify every disagreement.
Will they set aside their past and deliver another classic or will egos ruin the sequel before it even begins?
Fans are excited but the tension is real. If Andaz Apna Apna 2 happens it could be a dream come true.
