Biggest Magnum Opus: Aamir Khan or SS Rajamouli?

A film adaptation of Mahabharat is a project that has been in the headlines for a long time. It seems like things are not going forward due to budget restrictions and other issues.

Meanwhile, the latest updates have stated that Aamir Khan is supposed to revive his dream project, which is also Mahabharat. Notably, the film was planned back in 2018 and Aamir expressed his desire to portray Lord Krishna.

However, things did not turn out as planned due to certain controversies Aamir was involved in and he eventually decided to cancel the project.

Aamir has yet to address things officially from his side. A few reports have claimed that Aamir is willing to bring only well-known faces for the big project.

The news comes almost a year after S.S. Rajamouli opened up about his dream to bring Mahabharat to the big screen.

The director said at the time that he would take a year to read all the versions and would be making it in ten parts.

All of these are just dreams of people associated with the film industry. But it is confirmed for now that the Mahabharat film is confirmed to arrive sometime in the future.




However, the vision of the director and the expectations of the audience to witness it on a grand scale might take several years to become a reality. It remains to be seen if things progress as planned.
