Pushpa 2 is seemingly breaking a lot of records at the box office and by the looks of it, there is a lot to come in the upcoming weeks. Cinemas are ruled by Allu Arjun’s swag fest as people fill each show with the same enthusiasm for the massy superstar.
Pushpa 2 seems to be the only film that is being screened at the theatres as all the other films like Sabarmati Report, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Singham Again are not even selling any tickets for their shows.

It would be safe to say that the marketing team for the movie has been up to the mark for this blockbuster response. However, some part of the viewers have raised questions regarding the runtime of the film and how it is affecting other films by not getting any screens.
Vikramaditya Motwane criticized the makers for monopolizing multiplexes and sabotaging the theatres with multiple shows. He claims that given the runtime of 3 hours and 20 minutes, the only film which is screened in multiplexes is Pushpa 2 blocking any other film to showcase its potential.

Vikramaditya is known for films like Udaan, Lootera, Bhavesh Joshi Superhero, and many other mediocre films that didn’t look good at the box office. However, many fans and critics have called his films sleeper hits given their plot and story despite being a theatrical failure.
The director’s comments might be illogical as Pushpa 2 is currently being loved by viewers who are demanding more midnight and morning shows of the film. Being a commercially successful film, every theatre and multiplex would love to screen the film and mint money.

Given the statements from Vikramaditya Motwane, fans have slammed the director for making such statements and have been trolling him over social media.
