The makers of Ajay Devgn’s Drishyam 3 have finally confirmed with another poster that they are coming to the theatres on October 2, 2026. The date coincides with the events of the first film that were narrated by the main character and his family members during their interrogation.
The title also says The Conclusion, which means that the case will end permanently here. Moreover, it also confirms that the Hindi version is not going to be a frame-by-frame remake of the Malayalam film, featuring Mohanlal in the lead role.
Although the original movie had ended on a cliffhanger to continue with Drishyam 4, the Hindi version will close the file forever. Netizens are now excited to see how Vijay Salgaonkar and his family will escape the police permanently this time and how the lead character is going to use his intelligence to save the people who are close to him.
The producers have released the posters featuring the eyes of the lead characters. The new entry here is Prakash Raj, who is going to play an important role in the progress of the storyline.
While the excitement is building up as the release date approaches, a particular section of the audience is not so happy with the posters. Most of them claimed that it has failed to generate the buzz needed for the film. They added that the movie now needs a strong trailer to create some hype.
On the other hand, other people, including Ajay Devgn’s fans, stated that the movie already has a lot of buzz and it can do business even without a trailer. Trade experts stated that the makers have done the best thing by completely changing the screenplay of the film, which will appeal to the Hindi audience and also work at the single screens.
With almost a month left for release, everyone is waiting to see the trailer now, which can be expected by September 2026, based on the release date.
