Frustrated Men: Actress Slams Body Count Trolls

Elli AvrRam reacts to online trolling comments

Actor Elli AvrRam has taken a clear stand against online Trollers after a picture with YouTuber Ashish Chanchlani drew a flood of insulting comments and false claims about her “body count.”

The controversy began after their promotional shoot for the music video Chandaniya and quickly revealed the deep gender bias that dominates online spaces.

In a conversation with Times Now, Elli said she didn’t even know the meaning of the term until her Gen Z friends explained it. Calling it “nasty,” she pointed out how society treats women unfairly while men escape such judgment.

“It always happens with women. It never happens with men. It’s just society, life, and frustrated men… we can only pray they heal and learn to respect women,” she said.

Elli thanked Uorfi Javed for standing by her, calling her someone who “really speaks up” against online hate.

Meanwhile, Ashish Chanchlani made it clear that the abuse didn’t reflect his audience. He said, “All the disgusting things they said will never be supported or encouraged by me or my fans.”

The episode once again shows how women in entertainment face constant online harassment. Elli’s composed yet strong response shines a light on that hypocrisy and reminds everyone of the need for empathy and respect online.
