Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan had talked about the similarity of his film poster and Rajinikanth’s film poster saying that the makers of ‘Kabali’ had stolen the poster of his film upcoming Hindi movie ‘Madaari’.

The similarity is obvious as both posters have the faces of these actors with sky scrapers horizontally embossed on their faces. As a cover up act, Irrfan Khan is saying that he only joked that Rajinikanth’s poster idea is stolen from his film’s poster.
Actually, the poster in question isn’t an official poster but a fan-made one and hence Irrfan Khan can’t say it is stolen. Since he had already said it, he had to make his comment look as if made in a lighter vein. “It was a joke”, says the actor whose film is also going to hit theatres the same day as ‘Kabali’.
