This truly feels like the era of pan-Indian stars. The line between Bollywood and South Indian cinema keeps blurring as actors move freely across industries.
Joining that list is Telugu actress Krithi Shetty, who is set to make her Bollywood debut soon. She has reportedly signed a promising project backed by Z Studios, starring alongside Yashvardhan Ahuja, son of Govinda.
The film will also feature Nitanshi Goel, known for Laapataa Ladies. Earlier, Krithi was supposed to star in the Hindi remake of Baby with Babil Khan, but the project was shelved.
Fans say her Bollywood debut was long overdue and are now eagerly waiting for an official announcement. With actors like Rashmika Mandanna, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Tamannaah Bhatia, and Sreeleela successfully transitioning to Hindi cinema, expectations are high that Krithi will follow a similar path.
If her past performances are any indication, Krithi Shetty’s entry into Bollywood could mark another strong South-to-North success story.
