Stebin Ben’s vocals add emotion to the teaser, while Himesh Reshammiya’s background score brings intensity and supports the military theme. Despite, the teaser keeps most details hidden and does not reveal much about the story.

Directed by Apoorva Lakhia, Battle of Galwan also stars Chitrangada Singh. The film aims to showcase bravery, sacrifice, and resilience of Indian soldiers.

Battle of Galwan is slated to be released in theatres in Eid, 2026. Yes, like any other Salman Khan’s movies, Battle of Galwan is set to hit the screens on the occasion of Eid, which is on April 17, 2026.

Social media reactions to the teaser have been largely divided. While some fans appreciated the intention behind the tribute, many viewers were disappointed.

Several users said Salman Khan appeared in his usual style with the same swag, and they felt there was a lack of seriousness considering the sensitive subject.

Many fans commented that the teaser did not feel like a proper teaser and looked more like an announcement video.

Some said Salman’s expressions felt like a photoshoot rather than a war situation, and a few joked that it looked like he was simply given a stick to hold.

Others felt the aggression did not connect and said the teaser failed to show the intensity of war.

Some fans also questioned the release timing, pointing out that Battle of Galwan is planned to release just four weeks after Dhurandhar 2 and Toxic.

This led to comments mocking the clash and calling the move risky. A section of fans said the teaser felt like an OTT level promotional video rather than a big screen war film.

Despite the mixed reactions, some fans urged patience. They pointed out that very little has been shown so far and expressed hope that upcoming trailers and promotional material would be stronger. Many said they still believe Apoorva Lakhia can surprise with better execution in the final product.

With Battle of Galwan targeting a post-Eid release, after Dhurandhar 2 and Toxic, fans expected something more hard-hitting and epic from the teaser. Still, expectations are reasonably high. Whether the film can rise above early reactions will depend heavily on what the makers reveal next.
