Sandeep Vanga’s Arjun Reddy remake in Hindi, Kabir Singh has gained a lot of hype in Hindi and Telugu where Tollywood audience is eager to see how the Bollywood star is going to recreate our Arjun Reddy in his style. The trailer released even raised the hype to the next level with Shahid looking fab as the heart broke alcoholic doctor.
Well, on the other side another Telugu director got his Bollywood film Mental Hai Kya to release on the same day as Kabir Singh is releasing. Directed by Prakash Kovelamudi, Mental Hai Kya starring Kangana and Rajkummar Rao is slated to release on June 21st after a lot of re-schedules.
While Sandeep hit the bullseye with his debut, Prakash Kovelamudi who happens to the son of the senior director Raghavendra Rao couldn’t get a proper hit those few attempts that he made. Now they both have unveiled a battle and we will have to wait and see who will win the race.
