Zohra Jabeen Song

When Salman Khan and Farah Khan team up for a song, we expect magic. Add Rashmika Mandanna, grand visuals and Pritam’s music and it’s a sure shot hit.

But Zohra Jabeen, the first song from Sikandar has fizzled out faster than expected. What went wrong?

The song got 28 million views in 24 hours which was a good start. But in the next 48 hours it added only 1 million and that’s it, total 29 million.

For a Salman Khan film this is a sharp decline. The fans didn’t stay hooked and the song’s momentum died out overnight.

Despite grand visuals and Salman’s charm, something was off. The choreography was stylish but lacked novelty. Rashmika looked good but didn’t have a showstopper.

The tune was catchy but not addictive. Most importantly Salman who is usually the life of such songs was low on energy making Zohra Jabeen less exciting than his past hits.

Salman has given us iconic dance numbers before but Bollywood’s music scene has changed.

Today organic virality matters more than promotions. If a song doesn’t click instantly no amount of promotions can save it.

With the audience now preferring newer sounds even big stars can’t guarantee a hit.

A film’s first song sets the tone and Zohra Jabeen underperforming is a red flag. If Sikandar has to live up to its Eid 2025 hype.

The makers need a stronger second song. Otherwise the film will struggle to build up excitement just like this song.
