The comparison between Sky Force and Fighter was inevitable. But little did fans know that the director of Fighter would take a dig at the film.
Ever since the trailer for Sky Force was released, people couldn’t help but notice the similarities between the film and Fighter. The plot for both films revolved around the Indian Air Force. While Fighter was a fictional story, Sky Force is s based on India’s first airstrike on Sargodha.

Others are calling the director out on his own insecure behaviour because of his need to compare the two films. His film was released in a different year with a different budget and a varied ensemble.
Some fans are also saying that instead of congratulating the makers of the film, Siddharth Anand is stuck taking a dig at them.
Fighter collected around Rs 200 crores net from India. Will Sky Force be able to catch up with that?
So far, the advanced booking collection hasn’t been up to the mark. Despite the tickets being sold at Rs 35, not many people are excited to watch it.
While the early reviews of the films are good, we only have to wait and watch if Sky Force can beat Fighter.
