The attack on sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmavati in Jaipur has the film community in a furor and several notable film personalities have spoken out against it. The critics of this attack, however, are facing the backlash against their comments on social media platforms such as twitter.

Case in point is filmmaker Anurag Kashyap’s tweet about the incident saying Hindu extremists have now stepped out of twitter and into the real world now. This tweet was then targeted by a Twitter user who had provocatively advised Kashyap to stop sleeping with Karan Johar. Karan Johar who was already upset over the Padmavati incident seemed enraged and retorted saying “Let me give you some better advice!! Start sleeping with someone!!! You frustrated Fuck!!!!”
The whole incident has clearly shown a bad side of twitter where film personalities are attacked just for giving their views and Karan Johar’s reply shows the growing abuse on Twitter.
