The former President of the United States of America, Donald Trump played a cameo in the movie that was fairly liked by the audience. The ex-President has now made claims about his role that are in contrast with the filmmaker.
Donald Trump has said that the director, Chris Columbus and his team begged him to make a cameo appearance in the film. He said that he was busy and didn’t want to but their persistence made him do the role. He also said that the role was responsible for the huge success of the movie.
Chris Columbus had put out a statement that said Donald Trump bullied himself into the role which he had denied. The team had rented out The Plaza hotel which was then owned by Trump himself. Trump believes that the statement is made just to gain publicity.
