“DUNE 2” just started in theaters, and wow, it’s already making big bucks! People paid $12 million to watch sneak peeks of the movie before it officially opened, which is a lot more than what the first movie made from previews. Just to give you an idea, it is more than 50% of the first part.
Everybody’s talking about “DUNE 2” because it’s got awesome ads everywhere, and everyone who’s seen it so far loves it! The movie is based on a really cool book, and the director, Denis Villeneuve, did a more than amazing job bringing it to life.
The actors in “DUNE 2” are a big deal too. A bunch of them are back from the first movie, like Timothée Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, and Zendaya. Plus, there are some new faces joining the cast, like Austin Butler and Florence Pugh.
The actual box office numbers will start dropping from today and we at M9 will definitely bring you a report about the same. But, it looks very very promising. Even in India, there are a great many people enjoying the film on the big screens.
So if you’re into epic adventures and cool special effects, “DUNE 2” is definitely worth checking out. All you need to worry about is the trauma you will receive when the film is finally over and you are back into the reality.
