One of Hollywood’s most celebrated filmmakers of all time, Steven Spielberg, has a release date for his upcoming film about which we barely know anything. Spielberg is set to return to the big screens in the year 2026, after a break of 4 years.
The filmmakers are keeping the storyline of the movie a secret and all we know is that it is going to be an original story created by Spielberg himself. The project has been announced by Universal & Amblin Entertainment.
The project remains unnamed as of now but the three times Oscar winner’s involvement in the creation of story has got the fans excited. The script of the movie is being written by David Koepp, who has worked in Jurassic Park and The Kingdom Of Crystal Skull.
Spielberg’s last directed movie was released in 2022, The Fabelmans. It got nominated for 7 academy awards including best picture. His next movie is set to hit theaters on the 15th of May, 2026. The wait is long for the fans but they are expecting it to be worth it.
