Allari Naresh’s last outing, ‘Ugram,’ disappointed him, but he is not rushing; instead, he is making selective choices. He is now back with the memorable title from the ’90s, ‘Aa Okati Adakku,’ and the trailer is out.
The ‘Aa Okati Adakku’ trailer hits the mark as the trailer cut focuses on highlighting the lead hero’s core issue and brings laughs along with it.
More than a few jokes land well, and Abburi Ravi’s team’s writing makes its mark. The supporting cast, crucial for films like these to work, and the visual quality also look pretty decent.
On the flip side, the trailer gives a light, passable vibe, but that shouldn’t be a problem for now. Gopi Sundar’s contribution to the film isn’t clear yet, as it’s not the type of trailer where the score steals the show. Also, song-wise, there is only one song released so far.
Will the film bring the house down with its entertainment, or is there some drama too that blends into the plot? We need to wait and see how debutant director Malli Ankam presents ‘Aa Okati Adakku’ in 2024.
