It’s not normal for a hero to have more than two to three releases in a calendar year. But hero Aadi Sai Kumar has become the hero with the highest number of releases in 2022.
He started the year with Atithi Devo Bhava in January, a romantic film with a novel theme exploring monophobia. His next release was the crime action thriller, Black. The film was released in May.
Aadi tried to establish himself as a mass hero in the cop drama, Tees Maar Khan. The film which was released in August was in the news for the skin show by Payal Rajput. He then made a comeback to the romantic comedy genre with Crazy Fellow released in October. Aadi’s final film in 2022 was Top Gear released this week.
Unfortunately, none of the films worked at the box office. Aaadi must be commended for his dedication, He tried his best to come up with a successful film, but luck didn’t favor him. Despite doing a good job in most of the films, the films failed because of poor execution by the directors.
Similarly, in Bollywood, Akshay Kumar became the hero with the highest number of releases in 2022. And like in the case of Aadi, all the films turned out to be disasters.
Let’s hope 2023 marks the comeback of Aadi as a successful hero.
