The Telugu box office has been tasting reasonable success in the recent past and we have a couple of new films coming up tomorrow which are testing their luck.
The two notable films are obviously Aadarsha Kutumbam and Cult. One marks the veteran collaboration of Trivikram and Venkatesh, while the other is a slasher oriented film, featuring Vishwak Sen.
In terms of BookMyShow trends regarding the advance bookings for both the films, there’s a lot of catching up to do.
Venkatesh film is selling around 6.5K ticket per hour. This is a very ordinary number for a film that would mark the collaboration of Venkatesh and Trivikram, who had delivered several hallmark entertaining films in Telugu Cinema in the past.
Cult has not yet entered the hourly bookings trend and will need catching up to do as well. But considering the fresh genre attempted, there is a decent prospect if the world of mouth is positive tomorrow.
The Telugu audience have been making it very clear that they will step out to watch films if they come with the right kind of Content and it is all up to Cult and Adarsa Kutumbam to ensure their tick the right boxes.
