81-year old legendary filmmaker Singeetham Srinivas Rao’s upcoming Welcome Obama is releasing Friday, and the director says he is ready for more films as he believes age is not a factor to make films. He says if actors as young as 15 can plays heroines, people at his age can also make films.
Even at this age, Singeetham completed his film in flat 33 days, not a day less or more. He says he likes to complete work as quickly as possible because he doesn’t like to waste the time of his actors. He has also written lyrics and composed music for his film.
Singeetham is geared up for more films. He says a sequel to Aditya 369 with Balakrishna is on. The sequel will be titled Aditya 999, and will feature a time machine too, but will have a fresh story. The project will take before it goes on floors said Singeetham.
