God of Masses Nandamuri Balakrishna and director Boyapati Srinu have delivered cult mass action blockbusters like Simha, Legend and Akhanda. Now, they are back with massive Pan-India sequel, Akhanda 2. Producers Ram Achanta and Gopi Achanta, who produced the film on a huge scale interacted with press about the film.
They shared that they are very excited to watch the film with mass audiences. They specially noted that Balakrishna’s energy has increased over the years and after a film like Legend, they are lucky to work with him again for Akhanda 2. They remarked that the story will be celebration of Indian Sanatana Dharma.
Confirming the film’s massive scale, the producers revealed it was shot in challenging, real-life locations, including the Kumbh Mela, which required extensive permissions. They emphasized that Boyapati Srinu worked tirelessly to capture every shot authentically, without using any stock footage.
The producers promised an experience “beyond expectations,” stating, “Akhanda 2 will be more than what audiences expect from the Balakrishna-Boyapati combination. The film is full of goosebumps moments.” The producers remarked that they are happy with the response to Akhanda 2 Jukebox and all nine tracks have become huge hits.
The producers have confirmed that the movie will have a reasonable ticket pricing and they want every film lover to experience it on big screen to their heart’s content. The movie is releasing on 5th December on a grand scale and producers stated “Akhanda 3” is possible as film Universe has limitless options to expand.
