Bollywood’s rocking diva Alia Bhat is going through one of the best phases in her life. Career-wise, she scored blockbusters like Gangubai Kathiawadi and RRR, and in her personal life, she got married to someone she has always loved, Ranbir Kapoor.
After RRR’s success, Alia is in high demand in Tollywood these days. Though she had a small role in RRR, she captivated everyone with her screen presence, and Tollywood makers feel there’s a lot of potential to be explored in her.
During RRR promotions, she was asked about her next Telugu movie, and Alia gave hints that she was about to sign a film soon but didn’t reveal much about the project. Many in the trade and NTR fans were speculating that she was talking about the NTR-Koratala Siva film.
But all plans seem to have gone kaput now as the latest reports suggest that Alia has quit the film. Alia already has her hands full with many projects, including Darlings, Rocky Rani Ki Prem Kahani, and Jee Le Zara. On top of that, she now also wants to spend some quality time with her husband, Ranbir Kapoor.
This has come as a huge jolt to NTR fans as they were expecting to see NTR romance a superstar like Alia Bhatt. Also, the fresh pairing would have added a lot of zing to the project. NTR fans are hugely disappointed with this latest development.
The makers are looking for a replacement, and the team is on course to sign a Bollywood star heroine, but it would be challenging for them to find someone who could create the same hype as Alia Bhatt.
