
Sandhya Theatre’s stampede issue during the Pushpa 2 screening is turning out to be serious for both Allu Arjun and the theatre management.
It is already known that one of the owners of Sandhya Theatre, along with the manager and another staff member, was arrested concerning this case.

Allu Arjun was arrested on December 13 in connection with this case and was released on December 14 after obtaining interim bail from the High Court.
As per the latest reports, Hyderabad police is planning to cancel the theatre’s licence. The officials have issued a show cause notice to Sandhya Theatre regarding the seizure of the theatre’s licence.

Hyderabad City Commissioner CV Anand issued the notice to Sandhya Theatre management, asking them to explain why the theatre’s licence should not be cancelled due to the stampede.
On December 4, Allu Arjun, along with Rashmika Mandanna, attended the premiere show of Pushpa 2 at Sandhya Theatre. Allu Arjun’s visit caused a stampede at the theatre, resulting in the death of a woman named Revathi.

While Revathi passed away in the incident, her son Shree Tej is undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Hyderabad. Reportedly, his condition remains critical.
Hyderabad police argue that Sandhya Theatre was advised not to allow Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna to attend the screening of Pushpa 2 at the venue, as there were concerns about crowd control. Despite the warning, the theatre allowed Allu Arjun for the premiere.
It is also heard that Hyderabad police are planning to file a petition in court requesting the cancellation of the interim bail granted to Allu Arjun.
