Director Krish Jagarlamudi, who was stuck in Hari Hara Veera Mallu for more than four years, has finally taken a break from it and started a new project with Anushka Shetty.
The title of this movie was unveiled today as a part of Amazon Prime Video’s event. Titled Ghaati, this movie traces the story of a woman who gets trapped in a weed trade due to certain situations.
Rarely do we witness such unique stories in Telugu and the plotline of Ghaati generates interest among the audience right away. Prime Video bagged the post-theatrical rights of the movie.
Ghaati is the second film in the combination of Krish and Anushka, after Vedam. They are reuniting after a gap of more than 14 years.
Ghaati is produced jointly by UV Creations and First Frame Entertainments. Krish, Chintakinda Srinivasa Rao and Burra Sai Madhav are the film’s writers.
