Balakrishna Undergoes Knee Surgery; Advised 5 Weeks’ Rest

Senior actor and Hindupur MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna has been admitted to AIG Hospitals in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, to undergo knee surgery.

According to medical reports, the elective surgical procedure on his knee is scheduled for today. Following the operation, the attending team of doctors advised the actor to take complete bed rest for four to five weeks to facilitate proper recovery and joint healing.

Due to the prescribed medical rest, Balakrishna’s upcoming film shooting schedules and scheduled public and political engagements are expected to be temporarily paused for the next month. Further official updates regarding his post-surgery recovery and discharge status are awaited from the hospital authorities.
