Director Parasuram is gearing up to start his next project after Sarkaru Vaari Paata. If reports are to be believed then Nandamuri Balakrishna is in talks with Parasuram for the film to be produced under the banner of Geetha Arts.
Nandamuri fans say that Parasuram is a pretty ordinary director with no memorable films to his credit except for Geetha Govindam. That film also turned out to be a big hit because of the hit youthful music and fresh pairing of Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna.
His last film Sarkaru Vaari Paata was a big misfire where Parasuram could neither handle Mahesh Babu, the actor nor Mahesh Babu, the star. Even hardcore Superstar fans found Parasuram’s work extremely mediocre in SVP.
Balakrishna is on a career-high after the stupendous success of Akhanda and his next film Veera Simha Reddy is also carrying promising reports. At this stage of his career, it might be a blunderful decision on NBK’s part to accept a Parasuram film.
Handling a star and actor like Balayya is a different ball game altogether and it requires a director with immense maturity and conviction to helm an NBK film, which Parasuram definitely lacks.
