It has been more than ten weeks since the release of the Baahubali 2 in the US. Many known films in different categories small, medium and big have arrived, but so far none have managed to be successful. Yes, there is no hit film in the US post-Baahubali 2.

Today, Nani will be taking a stab the US box office with his film Ninnu Kori. The star has slowly but steadily grown into a big name in the US and showing a steady progress with film after film. Except for the minor disappointment with Majnu, everything else has been a success at some level or the other.
The expectations from the movie are high, distributors to are trying to cash on it with highest prices for Nani, also trying to cover some of the loses. The advance booking is good locally (AP & Telangana), we have to see if the US too reciprocates similarly or not. The buzz regarding promotions hasn’t been that good compared to some of the past films.
Ninnu Kori is directed by a debutant, but it comes with the backing of Kona Venkat. However, it is not really about any of them as only Nani matters. Let us see how well the star pulls a movie with no big names involved and slightly less hype.
