Brahmastra has turned out to be a huge surprise for Bollywood. The phenomenal collections of the film during its first weekend have breathed life into the ailing Bollywood industry.
Now all eyes are on Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan starrer Vikram Vedha, which is coming to blast the screens on 30th September. The film is a remake of the cult Tamil thriller by the same name, directed by Pushkar and Gayatri, who also directed the original.
The film is carrying good expectations from the trade, especially after the stupendous openings for Brahmastra. Hrithik Roshan in a mass avatar is always a box office pull.
The trailer was received with mixed reactions, but there is some curiosity to watch Hrithik on the big screen as he has always given it his own spin, even in remakes like Agneepath. The film is expected to take a good opening of around Rs. 18-20crores on its first day.
The trade expects that Vikram Vedha will continue the momentum given by Brahmastra, and good days will finally be back for Bollywood.
