Congress Future Prospects and their unnamed Prime Minister candidate in the last elections, Rahul Gandhi was caught sleeping in Lok Sabha. The visuals of Rahul sleeping were caught on camera when a serious debate on price rise is going on. The shot was immediately uploaded on to internet and it went viral on social networking sites. It was a very embarrassing moment for Congress but the party defended sheepishly saying that Rahul was not sleep but just closed his eyelids for a while.
Congress Leader, Rajiv Shukla said Rahul have the habit of listening to debates with closed eyes just like BJP’s former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Congress’ partner, NCP also came in the defense of Rahul Gandhi saying closing lids not mean sleeping. On the other side, BJP ridiculed Congress that this is what the party is doing all these years when prices are rising.
