The Telugu space on social media is loaded with trolls and abusive clashes between multiple hero-affiliated fandoms. The hero worship culture that is prevalent in Tollywood occasionally leads to endless trolls on several topics.
Cut to now, something similar is happening with Telugu fandoms and they’ve started to quarrel about the celebrations of Ravindra Jadeja who hit the winning shot in the Champions Trophy finale that happened last night.
Soon after the match got over, Jadeja did an interesting celebration with his bat as he pointed the name on his jersey with his bat. This immediately led to speculations from Prabhas’s fans who said this is similar to the sword celebration of Prabhas in Salaar.
There was an extensive campaign on social media, where Prabhas’s fans kept sharing the pictures of Jadeja’s celebrations and likened it to Prabhas’s Salaar still.
This was when something unexpected and surprising happened. Jadeja shared a picture on social media of him doing the bat celebration and also attached a picture of Pushpa 2 related to the scene where Allu Arjun says “this is my brand” in the film.
This immediately triggered a boring situation on social media between Allu Arjun and Prabhas’s fans.
With Jadeja himself sharing the picture of Allu Arjun, the social media fanwar situation reached a new peak. Both sets of fans are brutally trolling each other and humiliating each other on international medium, considering the gravity of the issue with Jadeja himself sharing a descriptive picture.
While Bunny’s fans argue that Prabhas’s fans have embarrassed themselves by claiming false credit, in response, Prabahs’s fans are arguing that this is just another PR stint from Bunny’s team.
At the end of it, this is leading to an ugly warring situation between two sets of fans.
