Deepika: Following in Aish’s Footsteps?

Actress Deepika Padukone stepped into the glamorous world of Bollywood in 2007 when she was a tall and slim twenty one year old. Her debut film was Om Shanti Om directed by Farah Khan where she acted opposite none other than Shah Rukh Khan himself. Since then, Deepika has only grown as an actor and has impressed the critics and audiences alike with her ability and strengths.

Right now, the actress has over twenty films in her repertoire and dozens of enviable endorsements as well. Deepika seems to rule the Bollywood these days and it is therefore hardly a surprise that she is being compared to none other than the legendary Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
