Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone, who, a little while ago, came out with her struggles with depression and anxiety, has launched a foundation to help those dealing with mental health related issues. The foundation titled ‘Live Love Laugh’ was launched on 10th October and will, apparently, also help the suffering farmers of Maharashtra.

Devendra Fadnavis, the current Chief Minister of Maharashtra, who was also present at the launch event of the ‘Live Love Laugh’ foundation, gave actress Deepika the mission to help the distressed farmers.
The actress took the mission in all seriousness and started with her research on how agrarian crisis led to numerous farmer suicides in Maharashtra and what mental health issues were involved. According to statistics, about 40% of the farmers were already under stress and the foundation plans to help them in any way possible.
