Chiyaan Vikram’s long-anticipated project, “Dhruva Natchathiram,” directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon, is set to release on November 24. The film is a two-part spy action thriller, with the first part titled “Dhruva Natchathiram: Chapter One – Yuddha Kandam.” Recently, the makers unveiled its theatrical trailer.
The movie revolves around a special team called Basement, comprised of individuals who share common goals and unconventional methods to achieve them. Chiyaan Vikram is part of this enigmatic group, and the film delves into their agenda and activities.
The trailer showcases action sequences, and the film is notably ambitious in its scale. Chiyaan Vikram maintains his trademark stylish appearance.
However, despite these attributes, the film appears outdated and stale, likely due to its prolonged production period of over eight years. The plot also lacks freshness as we have seen umpteen number of such films in the recent past with similar storylines.
The cast includes Ritu Varma, Parthiban, Aishwarya Rajesh, Simran, Radhika, Arjun Das, and Jailer fame Vinayakan in significant roles, with music by Harris Jayaraj. Gautam Menon directs this high voltage action thriller.
