Director Krish, who was named as one of the accused in the Gachibowli five-star hotel drug bust case, has filed a petition at the Telangana High Court for anticipatory bail.
A couple of others have also filed petitions for anticipatory bail. The rest of the accused are also expected to follow the same route.
Krish was supposed to attend the police investigation a couple of days ago. But he sought a two-day extension, saying that he was in Mumbai.
However, he had been unreachable since yesterday and his phone was switched off. Now, the director sought an anticipatory bail.
A total of nine members have been named as accused in this case so far. Three of them, including a politician’s son, have been taken into custody. The search for an actress and another accused is underway.
