For the past few weeks, there has been a lot of discussion regarding the upcoming film of Akkineni Akhil. It is because, after his debut, again there is a definite buzz of him working with a top director.
Previously, fans heard in hush-hush tones that director Surender Reddy is all set to do his next after Sye Raa with Akhil. They were naturally ecstatic with the development but had a disappointment when the official confirmation did not come on King Akkineni Nagarjuna’s birthday.
However, fans hopes are revived again. Earlier in the day AK Entertainments announced that soon are they going to confirm the line-up of biggies on their production officially. The first one, Mahasamudram, a Telugu and Tamil bilingual, has been announced. It brings Sharwanand and Ajay Bhupati (director of RX100). The next announcement is related to Akkineni hero.
According to the buzz in the industry, the Akhil and Surender Reddy combo film is likely to be announced on September 9th. In case the date is missed, it will be for sure out on September 20th.in either case, in before the end of the third week of September a confirmation will be given.
AK Entertainments is reportedly lining up four films. While Sharwanand’s Mahasamudram is the first, and the rest are going to be with Akhil, Megastar Chiranjeevi and Sai Dharam Tej. Watch this space for more exciting details on these crazy projects.
