Earlier, Gunasekhar conceptualised mythological epic, Hiranyakashyapa with Rana Daggubati. This project later got halted for various reasons.
And then, cut to now, there are reports that Rana is taking this project forward with Trivikram and it will commence the production soon.
In this connection, Gunasekhar appears to have given a strong warning to both Rana and Trivikram.
“While making God the central theme of your story, you must also keep in mind that God keeps an eye on your integrity. Unethical acts will be answered through ethical means” Gunasekhar tweeted out last night.
The fact that Gunasekhar tweeted this right after reports emerged that Rana could be taking Hiranyakashyapa forward with Trivikram itself implies that he is pretty serious about the issue.
In a file interview with M9News, Gunasekhar stated “I was the one who took the subject to Rana and for whatever reason, it didn’t happen. The solution here is for him to walk out. He can’t take my idea and then make a film with someone else. I won’t take it lightly if that happens. There will be consequences.”
Gunasekhar’s latest tweet is in tune with the interview he had with M9News earlier. Will Rana and Trivikram take this into account and settle the issue with Gunasekhar amicably? Or will they go ahead with the project without paying attention to Gunasekhar?
