Pawan Kalyan's OG

After years of delays, Hari Hara Veera Mallu is finally nearing completion. Pawan Kalyan resumed shooting this Sunday for the final schedule on a specially erected set in Hyderabad.

Under director Jyothi Krishna’s supervision, a crucial two-day shoot is currently in progress and is expected to wrap up soon.

A traditional ceremony is scheduled for May 6 to officially mark the end of the shoot. Following that, fans can expect a new release date announcement — a long-awaited update after years of uncertainty.

Hari Hara Veera Mallu team is finally relieved of Pawan Kalyan stress. Attention now shifts to OG, Pawan’s gangster action drama with director Sujeeth.

Though OG initially impressed with its teasers, production has stalled for months due to the actor’s packed political schedule. The team has been in standby mode, awaiting Pawan’s availability.

Unfortunately, the hype of the film is also going down with each passing day due to delays and no clarity.

Now that Veera Mallu is nearly done, fans are hoping OG will finally pick up momentum. However, the remaining shoot includes major action blocks in Hyderabad and Mumbai — which will require Pawan’s dedicated time.

Recently, the film’s villain Emraan Hashmi revealed that although he has filmed a few scenes for OG, he has yet to shoot even a single scene with Pawan Kalyan which means that a significant portion of the shoot is still pending.

Given Pawan’s political commitments in Amaravati, this remains a tough challenge.

As Veera Mallu wraps, the big question is: Will Pawan prioritize OG next — and if so, when?
