How many releases a star hero can enjoy in an year? Most probably two. It has almost become impossible for any star hero in Bollywood, Tollywood or Kollywood to have 2-3 releases per year. But coming to universal star Kamal Haasan, he is would be a way ahead of the star heroes.
Kamal will be having five releases in one year. His ‘Uttama Villain’ and ‘Paapanaasam’ already hit theatres in the first half of the year. And his ‘Thoongavanam’ (‘Cheekati Rajyam’ in Telugu) is in the post-production stage and may come this Diwali.
Cheekati Rajyam is said to be an official remake of French film ‘Sleepless Night’ starring Trisha and Prakash Raj in lead roles besides Kamal Haasan. Kamal’s ‘Vishwaroopam 2’ is also in post production stage and fans are eagerly waiting for the film’s release.
