From the past few days, there has been a whole new controversy of a torrent site which has been making news in Chennai. A online website by name Tamilrockers has created ruckus by releasing several pirated copies of latest Tamil films sending many producers in a dizzy.

The latest being the recently released hit Tamil film Dhuruvangal Pathinaaru, which is directed by Karthick Naren. The admin of the pirated site sent feelers that he would release the DVD copy of his latest thriller on his site shocking many openly.
Looks like the film’s director has got upset big time and has openly hit at Tamil Rockers. In his Facebook page, Karthik said” Experts say that if this picture makes you feel guilty then obviously you downloaded it. Let’s go for a confession. Btw to whom soever it may concern, even our editor won’t have so many outputs. 9.1GB? Broooo! That’s some serious level of dedication. Please tell me about your internet plan. Would like to install it for our office”.
This is not the first time that this has happened. Even in the past, several producers like Vishal faced some tough times because of this site. Now that the war is in the open let’s see where it will lead to.
