In an interview, Late NTR’s wife and Controversial YSRCP Leader, Lakshmi Parvathi mocked director Ram Gopal Varma after taking shots at Pawan Kalyan along with her favourite enemy, Chandrababu Naidu. There is a common opinion on director Ram Gopal Varma that he is an eccentric genius. Now, Lakshmi Parvathi has got an opinion on him too. She calls him ‘Daari Thappina Medhavi’, meaning ‘the genius who lost his way’.

To explain the tag she gave him, Lakshmi Parvathi took the satirical route which is truly hilarious. She quotes the examples of his recent movies in which he is trying to scare modern society using ghosts instead of giving something useful to society with genius mind.
She compared him to politician Subramanya Swamy who also belongs to ‘Daari Thappina Medhavi’ category. She hails him as a great personality who is intelligent but the subjects he chooses makes her to feel bad for making wrong use of his intelligence.
