Veteran Rao Ramesh is turning male lead for Maruthi Nagar Subramanyam and the film is heading for release on the 23rd of August. As a part of the promotional stint, the trailer for the film was unveiled by Global Star Ram Charan today and he looked thrilled about the same.
Another interesting fact about the film which is building more anticipation is that ace director Sukumar’s wife Thabitha is presenting the film and this is her maiden presentation venture. Ace production house Mythri Movie Makers have acquired the AP and Telangana rights of the film and giving it a grand release. The film is hitting he big screens on the 23rd of August.

By the looks of the trailer, Maruthi Nagar Subramanyam is going to be an extremely entertaining comedy caper with funky characters and hilarious one-liners.
The trailer starts with Rao Ramesh giving a dhamki to his neighbor regarding cigarettes and sadly for him, he finds himself in trouble with his wife over the same cigarettes. This is where the dialogue “Neeku adrushtam aavaginja antha unte, duradrushtam aakasam antha undi” encapsulates his character. Indraja is seen as his wife.

Then comes more fun as Rao Ramesh’s son, played by Ankith Koyya goes around claiming to be that his dad is Allu Aravind. This leads to more comical space in the trailer and there is even a brief bit of Allu Aravind in the same. The story behind this must be watched on the big screens.
In the end, Rao Ramesh comes up with another funky one-liner that goes like “Naaku Bhayama vesi vesi…. veyatam maanesindi” and this is with his trademark voice modulation and diction.

The director of the film, Lakhsman Karya appears to have extracted every ounce of Rao Ramesh’s comedy timing with this film and the same is to be understood from the trailer which promises properly packed entertainment. The comedy stuff is very healthy and entertaining at the same time.
