To dismiss the past sins which tagged him as a director who feeds on vulgar content and double meaning dialogues, one blockbuster ‘Bhale Bhale Magadivoy’ (BBM) came along to redeem director Maruthi’s sins.

Now, Maruthi is going to come with another unique concept for Sharwanand as ‘Mahanubhavudu’. What’s that interesting concept? In BBM, the hero in the movie has this disorder ‘forgetfulness’ that created a lot of entertaining and healthy humour in his characterisation. Though it wasn’t an out-of-the-box idea.
The concept was thoroughly engaging and hence, it turned out to be a turning point in Nani’s career and a redemption for Maruthi’s career. Will he be successful to weave the same magic with a different concept for Sharwa too? Maruthi’s last outing ‘Babu Bangaram’, starring Venkatesh, was a disaster. Let’s hope, ‘Mahanubhavudu’ for Sharwa would be like BBM for Nani.
