The sudden announcement sealing the release date of Naga Chaitanya starrer ‘Auto Nagar Surya’, came as a big surprise. The movie was totally in air regarding its release and there had been no promotional activities before the announcement. Even the main female lead of the film Samanta hasn’t been informed on film’s release date. She made it obvious tweeting the same ambiguity. Sources close to the film and Akkineni family opine that there are bigger plans behind this sudden release of ANS.
Coming to the point, director Dev Katta who has weilded the megaphone for ANS probably is going to direct Akhil’s debut film. As Akhil’s debut film is in cards right now, Nag and his close pals want to see to that Dev Katta doesn’t have a blemish of an unreleased film to his credit. And moreover, they wanna know the audiences response to ANS. As they are sure that the film will be a hit, this would hit be a plus point to Akhil’s debut movie. Hence Nag and Dil Raju entered the scene and planned for sudden release. Seems it’s something sorts of a test for Dev Katta.
