While the big names are untouched, two young distributors are said to be harassed by The Telugu Distributors Council. These two young men namely Krishna Prasad and Praveen Kumar had bought the distribution rights of Rajinikanth’s ‘Kabli’ for a whopping amount of Rs.30 crore.

Now the council is harassing these new distributors to cover the losses incurred by Rajinikanth’s earlier movie ‘Vikramasimha’ (Kochadaiiyaan in Tamil). They were asked to pay the compensation for ‘Vikramasimha’ though they are no way concerned with the film.
The new distributors are astonished for this harassment and wondering why they are asked for compensation when there is the original producer. If some biggie bought the distribution rights, they wouldn’t have troubled for compensation. But these two are new to the industry without any backing up from big names.
