Naga Chaitanya‘s Vrushakarma first glimpse was launched in Hyderabad. The film is directed by Karthik Dandu, who earlier impressed audiences with the supernatural thriller Virupaksha. From the glimpse, it is clear that the upcoming project aims to blend fantasy, mythology, and supernatural elements, promising a visually rich and large scale cinematic experience.
However, the event at Prasads IMAX briefly turned tense after an accident involving Chaitanya. While the actor was seated on stage, the chair suddenly broke backward. Security personnel reacted quickly and managed to catch him before he could fall, preventing any injury. For a moment, fans present at the venue were worried, but the actor quickly reassured everyone by smiling and continuing the event as if nothing had happened.
During his speech, Chaitanya expressed strong confidence in Vrushakarma, saying it will become the best film of his career. According to him, the story immediately excited him when he first heard it. He explained that he had always wanted to be part of a larger than life film that combines mythology, spectacle, and layered storytelling.
Interestingly, the actor revealed that he approached the team himself while the script was still being developed. He told them he would love to be part of the project if a suitable role came up, and later the team officially brought him on board.
Chaitanya admitted that he initially wondered how such a massive project would be executed, but the team managed to deliver everything without compromise. He praised composer Ajaneesh Loknath and the VFX team, promising that the glimpse shows only a small portion of what the film offers. According to him, the final half hour and the climax will be a major highlight for Indian audiences.
