The non-theatrical rights for actor Naga Chaitanya’s upcoming mystical supernatural thriller, Vrushakarma, have reportedly been acquired by Zee Network for a substantial ₹48 crore.
This comprehensive package includes both satellite television and digital streaming (OTT) rights for the film.
Directed by Karthik Varma Dandu, known for his breakout hit Virupaksha, and produced jointly by BVSN Prasad’s Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra and Sukumar Writings, Vrushakarma has generated strong trade interest following the release of its visual glimpse.
The ₹48 crore deal is highly lucrative for a Naga Chaitanya starrer, effectively recovering a significant portion of the film’s budget prior to its theatrical release.
The film, which stars Meenakshi Chaudhary as the female lead alongside Sparsh Shrivastava in a prominent role, is currently on track for a theatrical release in late 2026.
